Using the store

You may use AAYUVYAA to explore jewellery, save items to your cart, create a customer account, and submit orders for personal use. Please provide information that is accurate enough for account access and delivery, and keep your sign-in details and one-time-password access private.

Products, availability, and pricing

We aim to describe products, images, materials, and prices accurately. Product availability, displayed prices, offers, and other details can change. An item in a cart is not a guarantee that it will remain available at the same price.

Before an order is completed, AAYUVYAA may confirm the current product availability and pricing. If information needs correction or an item cannot be fulfilled, we may contact you or decline the affected order and explain the next available step through the service.

Accounts and orders

You are responsible for activity performed through your customer account and for promptly telling us through an official service channel if you believe your account has been misused. Account access may be limited or suspended where needed to protect customers, the store, or the integrity of an order.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. The order details shown by AAYUVYAA, including the items, availability, and current amount, form the record of what was requested and confirmed through the store.
