Information we collect

When you use customer sign-in by mobile number, we collect your mobile number and the information needed to send and verify a one-time password. Your customer account may also contain profile details, delivery addresses, and order information that you choose to provide for account and fulfilment purposes.

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the Google identity information needed to verify that sign-in, such as your Google account identifier and, when provided and verified by Google, your email address and display name. Google sign-in is optional; you can use mobile-number sign-in instead.

How we use information

• To verify identity and create or provide access to your AAYUVYAA customer account.
• To maintain your account, delivery details, cart and order history.
• To fulfil orders, provide relevant service messages, and keep the store secure.
• To prevent misuse, investigate errors, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Google user data is used only to sign you in and manage your AAYUVYAA customer account. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it for unrelated purposes.

Cookies and sessions

After authentication, the same-origin AAYUVYAA web app may set an HTTP-only session cookie so that your browser can keep you signed in and access account or order features. These functional session cookies are not used to sell information or deliver advertising.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We may provide the information necessary for a requested function to trusted service providers that support hosting, authentication, one-time-password delivery, security, or order fulfilment. These providers may handle information only to provide services for AAYUVYAA and under appropriate instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the store, our customers, or others.

Storage, security, and retention

AAYUVYAA stores account and order information in systems used to operate the customer service and applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online service can promise absolute security. We retain information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, order records, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or limits on the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may stop using Google sign-in and use mobile-number sign-in instead. To ask about a privacy request, use the official AAYUVYAA support channel made available with your order or on the site when provided; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when the store, the law, or our information practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies to future use.
